High efficient 600 watt RF Pallet amplifier
It is a top specification 600W linear FM amplifier that consists of two Gemini latest technology Mosfets, The AMP600 will provide a broadband power output of 500-600W.
The required driving power does not exceed 8W (other level is available on request).
Due to the very high efficiency design, thermal dissipation is limited.
The recommended operating voltage is 48VDC, with maximum consumption of 1000W.
