The ET-5SE is a very high specification stereo encoder and more... it has been designed to enable one to integrate inexpensively a professional quality device with all necessary modes as explained below.
Further to a professional Stereo encoder the ET-5SE provides additional functions such as selectable audio clipping mode, audio level meter output (measures deviation), loop through MPX output, three SCA inputs as well as balanced inputs.Due to the fact that the unit employs the MAX-291, an 8th order digital low pass filter, it provides excellent spectral cleanliness by eliminating all harmonic products from the 19KHz crystal oscillator.
